Our roof was wind damaged in November 2011 and required replacement. It was so easy to pick out the kind of tile we wanted on the brochure left by Roof by Roof Exteriors on our door. We tried a new color scheme for our tile that was rich in color and the roof itself is beautiful – our neighbours commented on it for quite a while. The work was done as promised and in a very timely manner. Once the roof was started it was completed in only 3 days. The workers were respectful, greeting me with a smile and “good morning” as I left for work, cleaned up all their debris and left our property looking great. When I called for the first appointment, you called back, came to our home, brought samples and give to me addresses to go view your work. While on site the crew was respectable, competent and very tidy. As soon as the job was done, you had the bin taken out. What impressed me was that the bin was carefully put on wood on the driveway, my neighbour was not so lucky and had a damaged driveway. I noticed a difference in the safety your crew took while on site, following WCB standards, the other crews that came to our neighbourhood did not – congrats from taking care of your crews and training them well.
